Mass Effect 3 permanent pushed down arrow button

Hello I got an Problem with ME 3 key "down arrow" its permanent pusched on Menü and Consoles! On 3d Person View in Fights and free Playing it isnt Pushed On Consoles and Menü it pushed the butt...

it didnt works... this problem is only @ ME 3 ...

other Programs works fine and this problem is only on console/menü... free play it isnt locked

I can conter the console scroll down with up-arrow ...

this is tricky, the selected menüpoint jumps permanent , 

but i downt know what i can do with this trouble

Thx 4 jour effort and Time

A workaround would be to map the down key to something else and use only the Mouse in the menu.
