Mass Effect 3 Weapon Upgrade Scrolling Bug

Question

Just after finishing Rannoch, went to check weapon upgrade table. Scrolled down, but as soon as the indicator goes to the next weapon off the screen, it resets to the top again, forcing me to scroll all the way back down to look at the next weapon in the list. I've picked up a fair amount of weapons, only upgraded maybe 3, and only one to level 5. Scrolling up has similar bug. It moves the list up, then drops the indicator back to the second weapon, then moves up, scrolls up, repeats.

Pressing down one at a time doesn't help.

Playing the most recent patch, Legendary edition, on PC.

My top google result for this issue, so I apologize for the necro.

In short: move your mouse cursor, it's highlighting an option, even though it's not visibly on screen.

The cursor is invisible, but it's hovering over an option in the menu. If you move your mouse the cursor will become visible and if you move it away from any of the options it should start behaving normally. I think when the game scrolls it doesn't realize the difference between a new option being moved to the currently invisible cursor and the cursor moving to a new option, so it highlights the option the cursor is on. Very strange that pushing something on the controller doesn't fully disable the mouse cursor.
