I tried those as well but they didn't work. Same result as ever.
Origin just "refreshes" and it's like nothing happened.
I've attached the DxDiag.
Thanks for the quick response! Hopefully we can figure it out.
Both your Graphic drivers are from 2019.
You should update them both:
Install the Intel driver > Reboot > Install the NVIDIA driver > Reboot > Test.

Damn and to think the device manager kept telling me they're both up to date!
I'm glad I updated them but that didn't make a difference with the Mass Effect Launch issue ☹️
The links you sent were in German by the way so I found their English equivalents.
The page of the Intel Driver link you sent me told me that there is a newer version so it redirected me to the one below:
(Adding the NVIDIA Driver link below too in case you want to check)
For the Intel Driver.
For the NVIDIA Driver.
Edit: I've attached a new DxDiag in case it helps.

Normally your Browser should have redirected you to the english page automatically, but it really doesn't matter driver are driver.
The drivers are fine.
You should deinstall the "AppMonitorPlugIn.exe". That is part of Acer User Experience Improvement Program App and is crashing constantly.- Turn the Cloud-save function in Origin off.
- Make sure that Origin is completely closed.
- Go to your "C:\Users\>your user name<\Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect 3" = "Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect 3" folder and move the "Save" and the "BIOGame" folders to your desktop. > Test.
If that don't works:
Go to your Reliability monitor > Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time and copy and paste or type "perfmon /rel" (without the quotes) in the new Window > hit “ENTER” and look if it has entries for "MassEffect3.exe" or the "Origin.exe"
If yes double click at the last entry for the game executable, copy the info to the clipboard and save it to a text file and load it up like the DxDiag.- 5 years ago
IT WORKED!
Alright I wasn't sure how to uninstall the plugin alone so I removed the whole Acer User Experience Improvement Program App as I don't use it anyways.
Cloud-save in Origin was never on so that's taken care of.
I moved the save file as suggested afterwards. (which is something I tried before but never really helped)
The interesting part is that ME3 never appeared in the problem reports but you know what did? User Experience Improvement.
Seems like the main problem was there every time.
For the record, Origin did appear but the date was from 10 May, 2021 (4 days ago).
After that I tried launching the game and it WORKED!
I still can't believe it! Thank you so much! You've made my day.
Let me know if you need anything else from my side.
