Mass Effect 3

I purchased some add-ons of Mass Effect 3, but I can't download them. When I pressed the download button, it didn't work. Is anybody know what's wrong with my game?

    Yes.

Close Origin then go to your: (Disk):\Program Files [(x86)]\The Final Hours Of Mass Effect 3\TheFinalHoursOfMassEffect3\BIOGame” Folder.

There should be a “DLC” Folder, relocate this folder into the: (Disk):\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect 3\BIOGame” Folder.

Start Origin and try the installation of the DLC’s in Origin again.

Should this not work, rename the “The Final Hours Of Mass Effect 3” Folder in "_The Final Hours Of Mass Effect 3” than restart Origin and download the DLC’s again.

Don’t forget to rename the “_The Final Hours Of Mass Effect 3” in “The Final Hours Of Mass Effect 3” after the DLC installation.

There is an "I" button in the information interface. Click it there is a page of what add-ons do I have and I can download them from this page. But the problem is the download buttons in this page doesn't work, each time I clicked the "download", it showed the letter "Preparing to download" and then changed to "Download" button again.

Your Platform is a PC then.

Do you have “The Final Hours of Mass Effect 3” installed?

Thank You!  After several hours over 6 contacts with Bioware, EA, & Origin, I still could not re-download my previously purchased ME3 DLCs to my new computer.  I gave your advice a try and it worked.  This should be information accessible from every search engine, instead of an obscure place within a forum.

Thanks again.  I'd begun to despair of ever playing ME3 again with the DLCs in the story.

    Will I.

  • This also fixed it for me.  Shame it took me an hour browsing forums to find it. There really needs to be live tech support available.
