It's great to speculate on where 'Mass Effect 5' is going to go.
But I do think it will require players to be flexible about where the story does go.
As the possibilities are legion, there is little to be gained by getting huffy if the direction turns out to cross a player's personal canon or expectations.
If it's an interesting story and a well crafted game, I'll consider that a win.
