I bought and love the Pathfinder weapons added in the deluxe edition. However I am level 48 (I believe) and I realized that there seems to be no "advanced variant" of the Pathfinder weapons that scales beyond tier 5 available to build.
Is this intended or a mistake? My tier 5 weapon will be 2 tiers behind in a few levels, and I want to take the Pathfinder Pioneer through the entire game but it is becoming increasingly less capable. I have scrolled through my list of weapons several times, but I don't see it.
I don't know how the Pathfinder weapons pack works exactly but they won't necessarily be "behind".
I'm level 63 and still carry a tier 8 weapon even though the tier 10 variant was given to me for starting a second new game plus. Yes...third game. lol
My crafted tier 8 weapon is better than the tier 10 by a pretty good margin.
But now that you mention it,there are no blueprints for my tier 10 stuff. They are what they are and in my case...they aren't enough.
I guess I'll have to wait until level 80 for the advanced prints.
Hopefully they patch your issue because it seems like an oversight.

My pioneer weapons are still at tier 1 and I don't see how to craft/upgrade them anywhere. They are nowhere to be in find in either research or development. Any thoughts?
IIRC, the Pioneer weapons don't need to be researched. They can be developed as you level up and the storyline advances. They're kind of buried in the Development screen, but they should be there.
basically as long as you avoid the remnant weapons and most shotguns your good. remnant weapons have huge bullet drops so even for the sniper its only a max of 70M the shotgun is worthless unless point blank range the equalizer is decent but again no range 15M max the cryo gauntlet is 2M range and far less powerful than an standard omnitool. the only thing they got going for them is inf ammo but you can do the same thing with a heat sink mod on every weapon

They are, but the system for ranking them is bugged such that all of the Pioneer weapons will show up in descending order at the very bottom of the list.
@EA_David any thing you or anyone at ea want to say about this?
this is the first time ive ever read a thread that someone from ea didnt come in and give an explaination about... wtf, right??
