I have purchased the deluxe edition of Mass Effect: Andromeda and redeemed the code to receive bonus items. The deluxe items are not showing up in-game. I have checked the spot in-game where the items should be, I have also checked the Addons for PS4 to make sure that the content has indeed been downloaded. In addition, I have renewed my licenses. So how do I get my deluxe items?
Once your on the Tempest go to the pathfinders cabin and you will find the options to get them from there.

once the code is redeemed and its completely downloaded go to the tempest (your ship) check your email. there will be a couple messages talking about the pet and other dlc once you confirm them go to your room on the tempest and go to your desk next to SAM there will be a data pad on the right side closest to the door. interact with it and all items and such will be added.
