Mass effect: Andromeda error "Game is already running..."

This is my first time seeing this problem when i try to launch the game i get a popup window saying the "Game is already running..." but the game isnt running i checked the task manager and restared ...

        if you mean clean install the drivers with DDU yeah but it didnt help and the sfc/ scannow says there is no registry problem to fix.
