Mass Effect Andromeda Missing Online Access Error

As per a conversation with a customer service agent I have written this to report a bug which prevents me from connecting my mass effect Andromeda game to online. The agent says my account and game status are fine and that it is a bug and I am to report it here to hopefully grab the attention of someone who can fix it.

  • Hi @Panda0709 Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you notice anything change:

    • Persistent Storage 
      • Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray 
      • Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage 
    • Alternate Mac: 
      • Go to settings > Select General  > Then Network settings 
      • Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear 
      • Select restart 
       
    • Check for additional content 
      • Press the Xbox "X" button on your controller > Select My Games and Apps 
      • Under Games, scroll to your game and press Start 
      • Select Manage Game and add ons > Select the Game (will shows version) on the right (top choice of the three) 
      • Then Manage Installation on Xbox one > Should show additional downloads and files if needed 
       
    • Delete local save  
      • Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select My games & apps. 
      • Highlight the game, press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game & add-ons. 
      • In the menu on the left side of the screen, scroll down to Saved Data, then highlight the saved data for your gamertag on the right and press the A button on your controller. 
      • You'll be prompted to confirm deletion of this game save data: 
        • Delete from console removes the local copy of this save. You can get it from the cloud the next time you play. 
        • Delete everywhere removes your saved data from this console, the cloud, and all other consoles you play on. 
        • Cancel leaves your data intact.

    I have been having the same issue for a few days.

    The chat has been remarkably unhelpful so far.

    I have mentioned how the problem is a known one and sent links with the same problem and solution. But all

    I get is in the way of: "Sorry, but we can't help you now. The team is working on it. Please contact us tomorrow/later".

    @spevovc Hey, when your case was closed, other than being told it was a known issue, what else did they do with your account? Did they make any actual changes to it?

    It said something like "not fixable".

    I have contacted the English chat and they just fixed it.

    I gave them the prompt that was given in one of your earlier answers.

    And now I am no longer getting the Error message.

    You can edit your own post by clicking the three dots > Edit

    As said several times in this thread, this issue can only be solved by EA support.

    • The link to EA's Support is here. If you are not from the US change the country in the top right corner.
    • Choose "Contact us" (Top Bar) and then Choose "EA app" from the list. (Or search for it.)
    • Choose PC > Choose "Manage my Account" > "Can't log in" > Select contact Option.
    • You should get a chat option now. (Please note the business hours.)


    You also could try EAs Support on Twitter or on Facebook.

    If you still don't see a chat option it might be that Browser add-ons or security software is blocking it.

    Just an update on this error. We have made some updates on our end with Live Support, and they are now updated on how to resolve these for players. If you continue to receive this error preventing you from going online, please contact our live support at help.ea.com.

    If you are not getting this error, and have issues please create a new thread and label it accordingly with as much information and screenshots of the error(s) so that we may take a look into that further.

    As this error is not an error that can be fixed over the forums, we will be locking this thread.
