A couple days ago i got an EA Play subscription and encountered an missing online access error while playing ME Andromeda. After reading some guides online I've tried contacting EA Help but had no response so far. I also tried cleaning EA Apps cache and license files, but had no luck.

@ZiGger027 Manually log out or clear the browser cache first. Try this link! it has specific options chosen and I see a chat option. You don't need to be logged in, so if you don't see it, just change the options until you see the chat.

@ZiGger027 Did you message live support through email or chat? The missing online access does need to be resolved by support, and not here. If you set up a case, how long ago was the case created?

@EA_Shepard The case was created 3 days ago and i did chose live chat while creating it.

@ZiGger027 Ahh gotcha. So email may be backed up, we don't see that. The best thing to do is contact chat with the steps below and tell them you need the Online Access for MEA fixed on your account.

Should take less than 10 min if you are on chat. We cannot say the backlog for email though so that would take a lot longer.

@EA_Shepard So i tried creating a case today and on the EA Help page it just says "Help solutions currently unavailable", what am i doing wrong?

@ZiGger027 try the following steps: You don't need to be logged in, you just need to start a chat.

First, clear the browser history and cache from the main browser used so that no account is logged into the Help site.

Select the Games Support tab

Select EA App or EA account

Select See all help topics

Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in

You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help

Select Continue without logging in

This should give you the chat/email option

So i tried and got a message saying that in order to get help i need to log in or create a new account
