Summarize your bug Multiplayer - Character VeteranRank XX dropped down to III I leveled many character VeteranRanks up to XX. I have a prove in the Collection Tabs where the Card of a spezific class is at XX. In the Character choosing Screen; the same Character is back on VeteranRank III since Thuesday.

 Multiplayer - Character VeteranRank XX dropped down to III

I leveled many character VeteranRanks up to XX. I have a prove in the Collection Tabs where the Card of a spezific class is at XX.
In the Character choosing Screen; the same Character is back on VeteranRank III since Thuesday.

I also cant get it back up to a higher VeteranRank because of the collected Card that blocks drops from Lootboxes as well.

It is a really anoying Bug that "has to be" fixed from your side.

Please Fix This!
