Mass Effect Andromeda no access to online
I am unable to raise aa new case as the option does not appear on the ea help screens, can someone fix so i can access it again?

Community Manager@necroticliquid I understand. I will take care of the case end of it. If you still have it installed, and you get a chance, do a repair on it. I made a change that should help. The change sometimes involves a reinstall but typically just doing a repair fixes it.
I'm currently having issues with the game not going offline and having the Missing Online Access error.
I bought the game ages ago and just renewed my EA Play Pro account.
Can anybody help me?

@ThemDarnKoalas There are only a handful of ways to resolve this one. Read through my Online Access Error thread as it has all the steps you need to resolve this one on your end.
