Mass Effect andromeda points not processed properly
Hello I've ran into a issue while trying to buy Andromeda points in Mass Effect: Andromeda on the multiplayer on PS4. I bought the £25 points pack and not recieved a receipt even though the funds were sent digitally and not recieved them ingame. In addition as I thought this was a mistake I accidentally bought the £4 one. However this one has not come though either although and I recieved a digital receipt. If someone on support can help me out that be amazing. If possible I'd like the points to be added to my game as it should. However if this is not possible I will need a full refund. I noticed a few months ago people had the same issue as seen on forums so my expectations are not high! Please note my ingame email is not the same as this one
I'll be monitoring this post for a response so please don't keep me waiting!

Edit: Just contacted support and they told me to ask Sony for a refund, well so much for me points lol
