Mass Effect Andromeda: stuck on loading screen in "Meridian: The Way Home"

Question

Hi, I'm currently playing the mission "Meridian: The Way Home".
Everytime I complete the step "Struggle to reach door", I get a black screen with a loading spinner on the bottom right. After a few seconds the spinner freezes and the game gets stuck.

I tried repairing the game from the EA App, I tried loading an older save, I tried playing for a while other side quests and then retry to play that mission again, I tried also to wait for about 15 minutes on that screen. Nothing of all these methods worked.

It's really frustrating because I'm really enjoying the game but I'm stuck on the very last mission and can't complete it. Is there anything else I can try to proceed?

Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.&nbsp;

Follow this manual to the letter to cleanly uninstall all NVIDIA components.
Install the graphics driver &gt; Go online.
Test.
