try do power cyle on your console for ten seconds another power cycle option you can do is power cycle for ten seconds then unplug for 30 seconds then plug it back  in . try to reset your internet  for 30 seconds by unplugging it then plug back in . try to clrar persistent  storge in settings  try to reinstall your game  remove and add your mirosoft account then put your account back on your console  . I have the  standard disc version of mass effect Andromeda game. good luck
