Mass Effect Collection Code

Hi, recently I bought the Mass Effect Collection pack, which contains Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2 Digital Deluxe Edition.
I put the Digital Deluxe Cerberus Key first. Then, at EA's page, I put the Digital Deluxe Promo Key. But I can't put the Digital Deluxe Game Key. It says: Code not recognized, please check that you have entered it correctly. I tried to put the code in Steam, but it doesn't work either.
Can you help me with this please?
