Mass Effect legendary edition> Mass Effect 3

I'm having a really annoying glitch playing ME3 on Xbox One X. When in combat, I can move backwards, strafe left and right properly but when I push forward fully on the stick I can't go any faster than walking pace??? The wierd thing is that when not in combat i can move forward just fine...I contacted Ea about it and it just got ignored.
