mass effect legendary edition not available in most of middle east

hello i asked ea support about how to get this game and they told me to ask some of my questions here and also some questions i forgot to ask

1. if i was to buy a code for the game and use the code on steam would i be able to play it because i know that sometimes when a game is not available in a region it may not connect to servers but i read that you can play both online and offline so would i be able to play the full game offline

2. if someone gifted me the game on steam would i be able to play it 

3. is there a disc of this game that works on pc

4. the physical copy is available here in stores and on amazon and stuff also the games are available separately digitally

5. does anyone know a way i can get this game here 

edit: i found a post on reddit of someone who lived in the middle east who claimed they were able to play it with a key while using a vpn
