Mass Effect Missing Online Access Error For MP Modes

How do I fix this? I can't find any sort of support page for the game for EA support to help me. x.x Edit: I logged into my account & changed my password, and it changed from 'Missing Online Acces...

Sorry! I did not realize this was for all ME games.

ME: Andromeda.

I opened a help ticket, and went through everything, including changing my password & deleting folders listed by support; It's back to saying 'Missing Online Access'
