Mass Effect Missing Online Access Error For MP Modes

I had this issue when I tried to play the game a few months ago. The customer support rep I talked to was incredibly unhelpful and assumed I was trying to steal a copy of the game. For some reason, they can't see the purchase orders on their end, even though Origin has a purchase history built into the client, so I ended up having to send him screenshots of my receipt proving that I did in fact own the game.
