Thanks again both of you for your good answers.

unfortunaly clearing the cache didnt work.

I contacted support and they told me ints only possible to buy this DLC on the Bioware Site...

I saw it before in the Origin client.. but whatever...

i did go to the Bioware site and you can purchase the DLCs there. Its not realy comfortable and a little bit confusing but it works!

    Have a nice day

No, Shadow Broker is not included in the Deluxe Edition. From the store:

    The Digital Deluxe Edition includes:
    • Bonus in-game weapon and armor
    • Bonus in-game Incisor sniper rifle
    • Mass Effect 2 Soundtrack (digital download)
    • The Making Of Mass Effect 2 videos
    • Digital version of Issue #1 of the Mass Effect comic book by Dark Horse comics
    • Digital 48-page art book
    • Cerberus Network code granting access to bonus content

The way to purchase it is to check and see how many bioware points the DLC is. It will be in your library after you purchase it. Once it is, click on the game and select Extra Content (as seen in the below picture). Scroll down until you see the Lair of the Shadow Broker DLC. Once you know how many bioware points it is, buy enough bioware points to purchase it. Usually if you click on it, it will take you to the purchase bioware points option in origin.

Thanks for the quick and good answer!

The problem is that i dont see the DLC when i klick on the DLCs.

I first purchased the normal Version. I think i remember there was the DLC to purchase. Then I bought the DDE. and now i have 2 entries in my Library.

and in both DLC sections there is no option to buy the DLC...

I've been seeing issues like this up and down the ME threads lately. It doesn't appear to be happening in the US, but I'm going to guess (because of what I think is German in your screenshots) that you're not in the US. It may be a regional issue. I would call or chat with customer service in your region on Monday during business hours to try and find out what's going on. Unfortunately, this forum is just users helping other users.

I can only suggest clearing your origin cache and see if it shows up.

The instructions can be found here, albeit for a different issue: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/origin-my-games-list-is-blank/

It is indeed a issue that was mentioned several times in the last days and it also seems to be a regional problem with our country as the main spot.

The issue is already escalated inside the EA support chain.

I still would recommand to deinstall the normal version of ME2 if the game got installed twice.

    Hmm...

reinstalled the game. In the Client it still shows both Versions...

If I go in the Web Version i can only see the DDE - Version but still no shadow broker :/

I will contact suppot too then... Thanks anyway!

Do that, but you also should clear the Origin cache as suggested by @FluidPanNerd

Here is a step by step guide in German.

    - Reboot > Testen
