Mass Effect to Digital Deluxe and promotional content

Hello! I have many questions about Mass Effect 2.

I have Mass Effect 2 (standard edition) on Origin and just want to convert this one to deluxe edition to get the extras:

Is possible to do it (just like ME3)?

If that not possible, if I buy a Digital Deluxe key and put it on Origin what happen to the DLCs I have until now?

I also have Dragon Age Origins but I don't have the Blood Dragon Armor in Mass Effect 2, how can I get it?
