Mass Effect Trilogy DLC for PC

Mass Effect Trilogy DLC - 

Okay, Here's My Problem. I used to own a PS3 game system, I had purchased all the dlc for the Mass Effect Trilogy except the Citadel DLC on my PS3. I'm going to be getting the game for my PC, and I was wondering can I not get the dlc for the PC version of the Trilogy without having to re-purchase all of it?

I've got my PS3 ID, email address and any other necessary info, I'm asking this because funds are tight and I'd rather not have to fork over a **bleep** load of cash for the dlc, when I had already bought them on another system.
