Have you tried any of the steps described in the other topics in this forum on this very issue?
0. Disable "Sync with cloud" (at least until everything else is working correctly.)
1. Apply the 1.02 patch (required for Win7/Win8).
2. Set the game to run in "Windows XP (SP3) Compatibility" mode.
3. Set EA/Origin to "Run as Administrator".
Have done most but not the patch as running windows 8
will search for patch unless you have a quick link. Cheers for the info as the live chat is taking ages to respond.
