ME 2 DLC

As I have recently lost my ability to finish ME 1 so I have continued on to play ME2.  I have purchased my 1200 points and downloaded Genesis from the Origin Store but I can't play the 15 minute vide...

    You have to start a new game. The genesis comic starts after the prologue.
