ME: Andromeda: can't access Online
Hi everyone!
This might sound like a repetition of others' questions but no solution has worked in my case. I bought Andromeda before joining EA Play (Origin version/basic edition), joined EA Play and got it upgraded to deluxe edition, ended my subscription and now I'm "Missing Online Access". According to Technical support they deleted and re-added the basic edition to my account but it still doesn't work. I have already uninstalled it, repaired, deleted cache and deleted Origin completely with no effect. They asked me to post a question here to see if anyone has another solution, since they can't do anything else.
The only solution I see is if I buy the deluxe edition during the next sale, but I shouldn't have to do it since it's not my fault

Now I tried to play the offline mode and also can't because I'm missing some content I had before. It says "Unable to load your save file because it is linked to game content that is no longer installed: Deep Space Pack / Deluxe Edition Pack. Please reinstall the content and try again.
Clearly there are still some traces of me having the deluxe edition, but technical support says they already uninstalled it. If someone can help, it'd be appreciated
Fourth time contacting an agent and they simply refused to continue talking to me. "Ankit" directly disconnected from the conversation and the next one was "Hemant" who dared say I bought my games illegally (from Instant Gaming, non trusted source but in no place says non trusted ones are directly illegally obtained) just to stop me from trying to get my game working. It's really unpleasant to have this kind of mediocre service. DON'T BUY EA PLAY

If someone can help, it'd be appreciatedThe game saves you created while the Deluxe Edition was installed will not work until you have a Deluxe Edition again. If you have save games before that, this save games should work.
For the problem itself, I would suggest to contact EAs Support on Twitter, or on Facebook.
