ME2LE: HDR broken after patch

Since the last patch which fixed "Artifacts in ME2 Pre-rendered Cutscenes" i get inverted blacks during cutscenes in ME2LE. That means the darkes black areas in the frame are bright grey now, which is very noticeable since most of there are a lot of deep blacks in a space-themed game.... Also HDR seems darker than before ingame, but not 100% sure about this, hadn't played it much before the patch.
