ME2LE Incineration Specialist not tracking / registering.

On Insanity, using Mordin for incinerate. Through all missions / enemy types tried, no registering of incinerate achievement. Tried using to completely remove lower level enemy armour, and finish off...

I had this issue with Incinerate and Overload on the PS4, it seems to be a somewhat common bug.  Periodically I'll see the pop-up that one of my incinerates counted toward the achievement but so far I haven't been able to figure out any difference between the ones that counted and the ones that didn't.  I finally got the Overload achievement after using 50-60 times, still working on the Incinerate one.
