me3 can't download multiplayer dlcs
As you can guess, I just can't download these dlcs because of origin's bad network. resetting, download higher or lower versions, using vpns just won't cut it, so, customer support, please don't pull...

I had this same problem, I uninstalled ME3 and Origin and reinstalled them and when I downloaded ME3 the second time all the multiplayer packs got downloaded with it. Don't know why or if that will happen for you but worth a try.
