ME3 Citadel DLC: Can't invite Tali

So I killed my clone and threw a party, then I started inviting friends over to talk. I know there are scenes when you invite Rail to your apartment, but I can't trigger them. I did not get an email from Tali...but I have the suspicion that some of my mails are dissappearing. I did all the main missions exept attacking the cerberus base.

EDIT: Tali is still drunk in the Lounge on the ship, I doubt that is the reason, but hey, anything is possible.

    I think completing missions in the arena can trigger new emails.

    For anyone who is googling solution:

    Try talking to Tali on Citadel Presidium. After fruitless searches for her email I encounter her with some turian and unlocked her Defence Drone Bonus Power and later received the email.

    Probably could get right after Priority: Rannoch.

    Also emails come in bunches sometimes you need to clear all encounters on Silversun Strip to get another pack of emails.
