Try an App recovery.
Click on the 3 lines in the top left of EA app > Help > App recovery.
I have the same problem, right after EA app got installed instead Origin. The message I get can be seen in the attachment. I tried app recovery, tried to reinstall the game and nothing worked so far.
Did you restarted, (A real restart, not just shut down and started again) your PC?
If that don't helps:
- Go here and download "Revo Uninstaller". (The freeware version, Portable version works too.)
- Run "Revo Uninstaller" > Uninstall EA app.
- At the end of the main uninstall, Revo will ask you which cleaning method you want to use. > Select "Moderate" > Browse.
- If "Remaining registration content found" is displayed > Select All > Delete > Next
- When "Remaining Data and Folders" is displayed > Select All (Make sure the "Origin Games" folder is not in the list) > Delete.
- Restart the PC > Reinstall the EA app > Test.
Ive had this issue with other games as well. I have both Origin and EA App. When the new one freaks out, I go back to Origin. I would recommend trying to launch it from the old Origin Client until it is fixed. However, it could also be an anti virus issue. EA's new app gets blocked by anti virus programs sometimes. Try turning off your anti virus program (not sleep, completely exit) and then see if you can load ME3 via the new EA App. Hopefully it will work for you!
@holger1405 I tried that, and its not working. I cant believe that after more than a month, EA still hasnt fix this problem. Game worked fine until they moved from Origin to the EA App.
Then I would also suggest to go back to Origin for the time being.
