ME3 Freezes In Priority: Earth

Half-way through Priority: Earth, following no man's land when the Harvester attacks, immediately after kiling the banshee the game  tries to save and then freezes. Have played game through twice, to have it freeze in the exact same place in both games. Loading that last save brings you to an immediate freeze after loading, and loading a prior save allows you to play to the same point as before and promptly freezes. 

Any advice?
