ME3 Online Pass Issues, cannot contact EA Help
Hi everyone,
Just logged into ME 3 today, only to find the game asking me to get an Online Pass to acess online features, even though I pre-ordered the game and have been playing since launch, so I'm left going WTF.
Yes, I've already seen the ME 3 Online Pass Issues entry in the EA Help center, but I can't seem to contact EA Help as I'm a non-US resident so I can't use the Call Me option, and the Live Chat function displays nothing, not even a greyed out box or an ETA. I used to be able to contact EA Help through the EMail option, but that's not even available anymore it seems. I've tried to connect across multiple browsers, but nothing seems to work. I've also tried to access Live Chat from within the Origin client, but nothing happens when I click on the button. I can't do anything to reach them at all!
Is there anything you guys out there can recommend that I try or do to get in touch with EA Help to get this sorted? I'm at my wits' end, and I'm ready to try ritually offering sheep's entrails to the tech support gods at this point.
