Just chiming in to let BioWare and EA, who will hopefully still be paying attention to this forum, know that I too am experiencing the eyerolling/audio synch issue (playing the Kaidan/FemShep romance on PC). It's incredibly immersion breaking, so a fix would be amazing!

I'm a PS3 player and I'm having the same problems during the romance scene. I'm playing a custom femshep who's romancing Kaidan. It happens first when he enters the room, both Kaidan's eyes and my femshep's go completely white. It's very disturbing. It happens again after the nightmare, where the audio is also wrong, as in Kaidan says something but his mouth isn't moving.
I'm scared to play the game now, because it could happen in other scenes too. At least it didn't happen in close ups of their faces.
Interesting to see that there is a PC player with the same problem. I hope they will fix this, it ruins the scene for me.EDIT: Has anyone tried to contact Chris Priestly, Jessica Merizan or Mike Gamble on twitter? They'd be my best guess to get a response from. Also the official Biowar/ Mass Effect account.

That's exactly when the eyes going white happened to me too (and also with a custom FemShep), when he walks up and they're talking by the door. Interesting - I wonder if the other scenes' glitches happen at the same times.

The Liara scene always bugs in the same place apparently. After the dream sequence, and before the first dialogue option, her mouth won't move when she's speaking.

having the same problem in my femshep/kaidan scene on PS3. at the beginning and after the nightmare.
- 13 years agoI've done some more testing, mainly downloading the digital version. This is version 1.00. I tried the romance scene unpatched, and everything was normal no weird eyes or audio sync problems. I then patched the game and tried it again... What can I say all the problems were back. It probably has to do with the loading of the scene. The audio already starts when the screen is still black (app. 1 to 2 seconds too early) and is subsequently out of sync. When you can first choose something via the dialogue wheel everything goes back to normal.
After the nightmare, the audio is too late, you can see the animations but the sound comes later. The problem with the white eyes also occurs there. It goes away again after you can use the dialogue wheel.
Maybe this is usefull, I just thought more information is always better.
