ME3: Stuck at Title Screen

Hello,

I purchased ME3 from the Xbox store for my Xbox One 2 weeks ago. I started the game and it progressed all the way to the title screen and and is now stuck with the message "Checking downloadable content"

This happened the first time I opened the game 2 weeks ago. It has continued happening until I launched the game last week after double checking my console and game were up to date. After checking for updates, I was able to play.

Now I'm stuck at the title screen again with the same message as before. I've double checked for updates, restarted the game, restarted the console, etc. no change in the outcome.

What do I need to do to prevent this from happening again?
