Unfortunately, I don't have a license folder in any of my EA folders. I've even got view hidden objects on. I can only assume it has to do with using EA play rather than actually owning the game.

Community Manager@MrScottyBear There are a few things going on here. The product key and you not being online. Was the game originally purchased through Steam?
For the not online error, can you attach a screenshot? There are a few of these that we cant fix here and have to be resolved through support a specific way.
