ME4 Import ME1-3?

Will Mass Effect 4 import any data from Mass Effects 1-3? Even if it was from a previous gen console, could we somehow import the data onto some kind of server like Rockstar did with GTAV (even though that was upgrading GTAV from a previous gen to new gen)? I think it could be cool if we got something neat like a special armor, weapon, or skin for the Mako for having previous save data.
