Missing items in glitched side quest in mass effect 3 legendary edition
I haven't finished mass effect 3 because some of side quest are probably glitched because they're telling me to go find certain items at certain locations and bring them to people but when I go to said location the item isn't and it isn't at the store that's available to spectres I was hoping to contact you to see if this could be fixed in a patch.
These are the quest I've tried that are glitched mind you I'm not sure if their are any other quests that are glitched the other side quest might be glitched as well.

Citadel: heating unit stabilizers
Citadel: reaper code fragments
Citadel: target jamming technology
