This is is occurring to me as well. I never died. Defeated the kett and walked up to “Astra” and no interaction available. I’ve done every other mission on “Planet Voeld” I even defeated the Remnant Architect which was a pain. It currently is December 27th 2017 4:00AM. I am on XBOXONE. I don’t think the console matters because apparently everyone has this same issue on all Consoles. Please look into this, it’s a script error. Obviously you guys need a new coder. I can code. If I could fix this issue myself I would. Here are 2 pictures showing my attempts to interact with “Astra”. I hope you can fix this issue. Mass Effect is an amazing game series. Can’t wait to see the next one.

Like already written the only possible solution is to load a Savegame prior to this mission and try again or start a new game.

Welp. its August 23rd 2018 and this bug still exists so I have to assume you will never fix it. Its probably such an easy fix for somebody who works there. Really irks completionists like me to know I could never ever get 100pct unless I start over.

  LOL its 2019 and its still not fixed! there were too many bugs on this game when i first played it (when it first came out) so i stopped playing it. But now 2k19 i expected better.

    The game is out of support for well over a year now.
    
    If you play on PC, this mod on the Nexus side should fix the bug.
    
    (But I think you will have to go back to a older save until that bugfix will work)
