While using a Logitech dual action controller , movement is inverted , left stick up goes backwards, and down goes forward . Tried it jn ME1 and ME2 , tried installing on another pc but the issue remains. Controller works flawlessly in other games, and in the calibration shows correct input.

A and B are switched as well. No way to change this in game or on steam.
Just to add for folks that have the same issue.
There is a contoller emulator called durazno used for smoothing the controller controls 🙂,
In it you can select invert LSY axis , and resolve the issue.
When using the program you have to put it in the folder Mass Effect\Config , including all the dll's and ini files the program has for this fix too work.
A big shout out to the solution creator good job for recognizing the need for something like this, it's just a shame that i needed a 3rd party application in order to have my premium 60 $ video game to work...
