MP but everything unlocked/ weapons max tier already

well title says it... wouldn't that be great? all races/weapons unlocked so you can jump in and just play any difficulty you want for fun and/or nostalgia. I think that would be a loveletter to the fans, although i know it will never happen (no additional transactions). Motivation would also be just to level up, and i do think that it would have infinite replay value.
