MS3 Windows 10 Generic Directx Failure on Install (install Fails)

Ok I have figured out the reason for the failure now looking for a solution to fix the problem. On install Bioware and Origin require the install of DX9 which is included with the download and execut...

Go to the your ">drive<:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect 3\__Installer\directx\redist" folder and delete all files except "DSETUP.dll", "dsetup32.dll" and "DXSETUP.exe".

Then install ME3 again running Origin as Administrator. 

That should fix the problem, if not, please report back.
