My Mass Effect Games Keep Asking To Renew My EA Access Account

Question

Hi, I bought the physical copy of the Mass Effect Trilogy for the XBox 360. I transferred these games to my XBox One X via the Backwards Compatibility program and now, when I try to launch any three of these games it keeps saying that I need to renew my EA Access account.

What can I do to get back to playing the games I purchased physically again?

In this case you should contact EA directly. If you are not from the US change the country in the top right corner.
