My refund request has not be processed

As far as I know, EA's terms of service state that they don't have to give you a refund. If it's a digital download, you're not entitled to a refund and if it was a physical copy, you lose the right to a refund the moment you open the package and/or redeem your code and start the installation. This depends on the region, so I may not know the specifics in your case.

If you bought the game through a local retailer, return it there.  If you bought the game through Amazon or Steam, contact them.

If you bought the game through EA/Origin, contact the Game Advisors through the Help Center.

The refund appears on my EA account but it doesn't on my bank account. where can i contact someone from EA to help me with that?
