My refund request has not be processed

Hello

Two or three weeks ago, i bought mass effect on origin.

The game never was able to work and EA help wasn't able to help me with this problem.

So i asked for a refund. I was said thatit will take 5 to 10 for my refund to be processed but it hasn't been yet and the 10 days are passed now...

I'm posting here because i don't know really where to ask, i didn't find any mail adress to ask to, so please tell me where to post this request if this isn't the right place

Thank you for taking care of my case.

  • As far as I know, EA's terms of service state that they don't have to give you a refund. If it's a digital download, you're not entitled to a refund and if it was a physical copy, you lose the right to a refund the moment you open the package and/or redeem your code and start the installation. This depends on the region, so I may not know the specifics in your case.

  • Refunds need to be processed through the same channel as the original purchase.

    The AHQ is for "player-to-player" technical self-help.  This is neither a purchase, nor a dispute resolution mechanism.

    We're all just fellow players, doin' the best we can...

    If you bought the game through a local retailer, return it there.  If you bought the game through Amazon or Steam, contact them.

    If you bought the game through EA/Origin, contact the Game Advisors through the Help Center.

    The refund appears on my EA account but it doesn't on my bank account. where can i contact someone from EA to help me with that?

    Same as my previous reply. 

    The AHQ is for "player-to-player" discussions.

    If you bought the game through EA/Origin, contact the Game Advisors through the Help Center.

    NO ONE HERE CAN DO ANYTHING REGARDING PURCHASE OR REFUND TRANSACTIONS.
