My solution to Stuttering / Lag problems in ME3

It seems most people solved this issue turning off Origin's game overlay, that was not may case, I keep suffering micro-cuts or micro-pauses not only in-game but in cutscenes as well.

Al problems solved by killing a Logitech's resident process called KhalScroll.exe , some utility to enhance mouse scrolling. To avoid the process being loaded on Windows startup just run msconfig, go to windows startup tab and uncheck Logitech's ScrollApp
