I remember you can use Gibbed's ME3 Save Editor to unlock the N7 edition goodies. I have some trouble finding a good guide, however, since BioWare closed down their forum.
Yes, I've checked a couple times. As I said, I installed the game and all of the DLCs I own before launching it.
To reiterate, the From Ashes DLC and the alternate squad outfits included in the pack are all working fine. It's just the N7 guns, hoodie, and KEI-9 that don't seem to want to load themselves into the game.
Does the game need to be launched through Origin every time for the stuff to work? I did find a way to liberate the game from the bureaucracy of having Origin start up every time I start the game and prompt me for login before the game can be loaded; instead, I'm able to launch the game without being interrupted. I'm starting to think that's where the issue lies. Personally, I think it's ridiculous that I should have to let Origin limit my access to the materials that I purchased and therefore have a right to use.

Yeah, I decided to suck it up and just use Gibbed's save editor. Fortunately it made all the N7 stuff work fine. It'd be nice if I didn't have to use it to unlock the N7 materials every time I start a play-through, but luckily it's a pretty quick and simple process so I guess I can live with it. Anyway, thanks for the suggestions everyone! I appreciate the assistance.
