N7 collector's edition on Xbox One

Purchased the Collector's Edition. Started it up on the xone and the additional content eg Kaidan and James's armor, the hoodie is not there. Uninstalled my older base game including all the DLC's. Installing the new one. In my manage game screen, there is nothing to say that the N7 edition's additional material is there. Tips? Anyone come across and solved this?

I also put the disc into the 360 just in case. Nothing.

I know EA is having massive online problems but, the items should in theory show up.
