N7 HQ past weekend challenges

In my N7HQ hermann1972 on the site past weekend challenge "operation resurgence" is greyed out so as I failed. But if you have a look at my N7 promotional weapons and count the points you will see, that I accomplished every single goal, even operation resurgence. I told that to the ea customer support, and they told me how to claim a commendation pack. But that was not the problem. I got my coomendation packs, and I told that before. In the biowareforum told me a moderator, that the problem will be solved. My question is: Are there more people with this problem, and when will it be solved. The guy in the forum told its a techical issue. Wouldn#t it be easy to look at how many N7 promotional points are in the profile and then look how many goals archieved, and then when a point left to unlock the archievement for resurgence?
