OK this is for the Dev or someone else in the know.. I have read other places , how could they have N7 weapons when supposedly they were developed for the Reaper war.. I have my own thought but I want to see if other have the same thinking..
n7 weapons were not reaper war exclusive they were n7 personal standard issue so they could have smuggle some to andromeda. a lot of vet quit alliance and go to the initiative

Maybe 600 years ago, there was a blueprint about the weapon
and while the ark travel for 600 years
The blueprints carried over
Maybe in "reality" N7 weapons from Andromeda is different than Milky Way
They got Milky way research thing, so its mean they bring some of those blueprint from home
