N7HQ login problems

Hi Up until a few months ago I could login to Bioware's N7HQ website just fine. But for no obvious reason whenever I try recently it directs me to create a new account even though my actual account ...

    Is it trying to get you to create an entirely new profile? Or is it trying to get you to create a BSN ID?

    If it's trying to get you to create an entirely new profile, it's asking for you to enter a new e-mail, password, etc.

    If it's just trying to create a BSN, then it's just asking for an ID.

hi i have a age gate problem my son was trying to access his mass effect acount and he entered his birthday and not mine and now i cant access the website how do i fix this.
